Dr Eric Berg on the importance of Omega-3.

[Video Below] Dr. Berg is my go-to guy when it comes to nutrition. At last count, he has 2,920 videos! That's an incredible number. He is followed by 3.46 million subscribers. I feel like this number is doubling every year for him. It's absolutely incredible. It just shows how valued this information is. He breaks things down in a thorough and easy-to-understand way. What he says is very logical.

I discovered him about 2 years ago, and have seen very many of his videos. He usually uploads 2 new videos every single day, so he is very active online. I discovered Dr. Berg for dietary advice and he really came through. I've been following his recommended high-fat low-carb diet on-and-off. When I am on the diet he recommends, I lose weight and feel good.

So in this particular video, Dr. Berg explains the importance of Omega-3 in our diets. He tells us that Omega-3 is an exogenous and essential nutrient, meaning your body does not make its own and therefore needs to receive it from outside the body, and that it is needed by the body.

In all the various sources of omega-3, definitely one of the best is seal oil, which has been shown to exceed fish oil in terms of quality and quantity of omega-3, as well as the balance between omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9.

Check out the video. Then, if you are interested, check out www.plantology.ca to purchase some high-quality omega-3 seal oil for yourself.
