What is the ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 in seal oil?
The ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 of natural seal oil is almost 8:1 in favour of Omega-3. According to many sources, the average consumption of omega-6s is too high compared to omega-3s, so seal oil can help rebalance this.



How many seal oil capsules should I take daily?
The recommended dosage of capsules is 2 capsules 2 to 4 times per day. This would represent 4 to 8 capsules daily.



Should seal oil be taken with meals?
Although not a requirement, taking seal oil with meals is preferred by some people.

How is Seal Oil made?
